Overall "Exceptional customer service"!!! The only reason I have not rated him 'Excellent' is because there is always room for improvement for everyone.

James has been very professional from the initial contact through the current sales structure. He has been willing to share all appropriate information and gives/checks for regular updates. James is always accommodating when we have asked questions or come across problems.

All the staff at Romans were excellent and really pulled together when our first buyer lost his mortgage just before we were due to exchange.
An open house was quickly arranged and thanks to everyone's hard work, within a few days of losing the first offer, we had three brand new offers which then proceeded to fruition following a very tight deadline to enable our buyer to gain from the stamp duty holiday the day before the deadline expired.
All staff were courteous, smart and helpful.I can't praise them enough.
A special thanks must go to our Romans Move Manager, Lisa Roe, who was absolutely superb and dealt with everything that we 'threw' at her together with requests from people further down the chain who seemed to have no joy from their own agents!!

Neil and his team are fantastic in terms of support they provide to buyers. They are always available. Always very informative. Very practical and pragmatic but never pushy like other agents. Its people like Neil who I would like to deal with in future when I am selling my property as they are very professional, they have local knowledge. One more thing which I like is how well they have adapted new technologies like Email, Web etc. Will definitely recommend to anyone!

From the time we started looking at properties, we found that we were dealing with Romans more than any other agent. All members of the team were punctual, well informed and very friendly.
We found that open houses were a fantastic way to save both ours and Romans time.
Upon deciding we liked Amber Close enough for a second viewing, we found Neil Fenning to be extremely helpful and patient whilst we deliberated, and he also gave very honest opinions with regards to points we were discussing.
All in all the people we have dealt with from Romans, Neil, James, Dan and the legal team have been great.

Excellent, fast and comprehensive support when looking for suitable properties and arranging viewings. I have really appreciated the quick response to emails and the flexibility shown when arranging last minute viewings. Very friendly, polite and helpful is how I would describe the staff I have spoken to at the Lower Earley office and as I am a first time buyer they have been very informative and free with advice.

We initially dealt with Lee who from the outset was totally professional and not at all like other pushy people we have dealt with in the past. He found us two buyers within a week of the house going up for sale. He was always patient, always responded immediately, we can't praise him enough.
Then to Lisa who was totally outstanding - her patience and dogged determination was amazing. She was always positive that this sale would go through and just kept fighting our corner.
Romans are very professional, we got the feeling that they really wanted our sale to go through and that they cared. So a big thank you Lee and Lisa.

I found Romans (Lower Earley) to be very efficient and successfully sold my property several times - this was due to chains collapsing but on each occasion Romans rapidly produced another buyer. I would thoroughly recommend the Lower Earley office and will certainly use Romans again when I sell another property.

After failure to sell for over 1 year with another real estate agent, I decided to move my business to Romans Lower Earley. The folks there working under Barry Wild were very professional and extremely reliable in giving feedback after every viewing. Romans managed to sell within three months of placing the instruction with them, in an extremely difficult situation of selling an old 'starter home'. Well done, Romans - I will definitely use you when it's time to re-purchase.

Good work from Romans at Lower Earley. Lee, Neil and Lisa did the business for me. It's a pleasure to deal with people who deliver. So many of the big firms I dealt with in the move just don't do what they say they are going to do - no such issues with Romans. Always call back, always on the ball, always deliver what they say. Estate Agents get their share of bad press, but I'd rather deal with Romans than most of the other firms involved in my house move process. Well done guys ... Martin

Michael, Matthew and Natalie did an amazing job with the sale of my home. I was pleased with the speed with which Romans found prospective buyers and the eventual sale price. I was kept informed of progress and I feel the team were very professional and efficient. I have also rented my property through Romans and was very happy with the service from my property manager, Kelly in Wokingham. On many occasions she has gone above and beyond with incredible service. I would highly recommend both services from Romans.

Excellent service provided by Romans. Lee and Daniel, through the purchase and sale, were ultra-helpful and nothing proved too much trouble for Lisa. We had our fair share of stress and drama but the guys and girls at Romans ensured that all stayed on track. Personal touch, friendly and professional - a credit to the business. Thanks very much, would definitely recommend to others and would use again (should I ever be mad enough to want to move again!!). Messsage to Romans senior management - make sure you keep hold of these staff, they have done you proud!
